I have always been a keen sportsman across a multitude of sports. In 2005 I undertook my first marathon and have now completed marathons in London, New York, Edinburgh, Paris and Athens. I am also a keen cyclist undertaking numerous cycle events across Europe. I am a qualified football and rugby coach and enjoy coaching children in these sports.
Following a 20 year career in banking, I decided to follow my passion and make fitness my career and re-trained as a Personal Trainer. I am passionate about the benefits of exercise on mental wellbeing and regularly give talks on this to large companies. I understand the strains of modern life on people and how this impacts their ability to train and I tailor fitness programmes to meet individual needs.
