60 minute 1-to-1 session – £35
30 minute 1-to-1 session – £20
60 minute Group PT session – £20 per person (max 4 people)
30 minute Group PT session – £10 per person (max 4 people)
Block Bookings:
A minimum of one PT/HIIT session per week must be booked.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Free
Before beginning a personal training session I will arrange an initial consultation, free of charge, which will last between 20 – 30 minutes.
This session will give us a chance to meet in person, provide you with some insight into SOGETFIT and discuss your fitness aspirations.
FITNESS ASSESSMENT
£25
(this fee will be waived for all personal training block bookings of 10 or more sessions)
This session will last for approximately one hour, where I will perform a safe and effective fitness appraisal to gauge your present level of physical fitness. This session will assess your body composition, body fat analysis, weight and BMI, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength & endurance and posture & flexibility.
Before the assessment, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire (which is available on the Contact page). This will include questions on your health and fitness background, nutrition and diet, the type of exercise you enjoy.
A full summary report of your assessment will be provided to you.
Group Classes & Sports Coaching Prices
GROUP CLASSES
Prices are £7 per person, per session.

Please note that for all personal training and group fitness sessions, payment will be required at time of booking. A minimum of 24 hours notice required for cancellations or full payment will be charged.
